RETURNS & EXCHANGES
You may return your purchase for a refund within 30 days of date of purchase. All you need to do is request an RMA. Note: Some items are not returnable and/or have a restocking fee. See below. Click here to REQUEST AN RMA
Please review the requirements below in order to receive a refund/exchange. Refunds will be issued if the product is in original condition and wrapped in original unopened packaging. If lighting has been assembled it will not be able to be returned.
We are unable to process your return/exchange until it is back in our possession so we strongly recommend that you insure the package. We are not responsible for packages returned with no tracking information. We do not accept returns via COD. Return shipping and free shipping (if over $399 in merchandise is not kept) will be deducted from refunds.
A 10% of MSRP restocking fee will apply to all Paint Ready Wall Flats, Planks, and Handmade Pillows.
Samples, Wallpaper, Cast & Alt Tiles, All Harmony Acoustic PET Felt Products, 3D Felt Wall Flats, Luxe and Supermatte Wall Flats, Builtby Lamps & Lighting, Variplanks, Timber and Discount/Closeout Items are final sale and not returnable/exchangeable. These are custom made to order items so we recommend purchasing a sample to avoid returns.
TO AVOID A RETURN DUE TO COLOR
Inhabit offers swatches, color cards and samples.
Color and fabric swatches of all products. To see exact colors and fabrics we highly recommend ordering a swatch first. Rug samples/swatches and fabric swatches are not returnable.
Wall Flat Tile Samples. Sample tiles are available for sale within each design. Sample tiles are not returnable.
- Any return that is sent back without an RMA will be refused for delivery and returned to the shipper.
- Used and opened items, shipping fees, swatches, color cards, samples, final sale, outlet/sale items are non-returnable.
- If you were eligible for free shipping this will deducted from the return if your order total no longer qualifies.
- Once a qualified refund is received we will process your refund as soon as possible. The charges placed on your card will be credited to you, though shipping costs are non-refundable. Please note that refunds may take up to ten (10) business days to show on your account due to varying processing times between payment providers. If for any reason you do not receive the credited amount within that time frame, please feel free to contact us.

Free ground shipping is available on orders containing at least $399 of REGULAR priced items* shipping within the continental US. Free ground shipping is applied automatically at checkout. * Excludes Cast Tile orders.
ORDER PRODUCTION TIME FRAMES (basically how long it takes us to make your order before it ships)
Wall Flat and Bedding orders and ship within 1-3 business days.
Felt + Luxe + Supermatte Wall Flat orders ship within 10-12 business days.
Cast Tile, Plank and Hanging Wall Flat orders ship within 2-9 business days. Larger orders could take an additional few days. Contact us if you need a specific time quote.
Corrulights & Pillows are handmade-to-order items and ship within 5-7 business days.
SHIPPING TIME FRAMES
Orders for in-stock (not made to order) items are shipped from Indianapolis via FedEx Ground Service for delivery within 1-5 business days of order receipt. We ship to the US including Hawaii, Alaska and Puerto Rico. See product pages under the PRODUCT SPECIFICATIONS tab for specific Made-to-Order product production times
