Orders / Status

Yes, you have 24 hours to cancel your order, as long as it hasn't shipped. After 24 hours the cancellation will be subject to a 20% restocking fee.

Production & Shipping Time

Please check the Product Specifications tab on the page of the product you are interested in and it will give you an estimated timeframe for the production of the product.

Contact us if you need a if you need quicker or a specific time quote and we see if it is possible.

SHIPPING - It depends on where you are. Our cart/checkout page will give you an estimate timeframe for shipping to take with available options. Just add this to the production timeframe.

Overseas deliveries can take anywhere from 7-16 days. Delivery details will be provided in your confirmation email.

We use FedEx Ground & Express as well as UPSP Priority Mail. You’ll be asked to select a delivery method during checkout.

Free ground shipping is available on orders containing at least $399 of REGULAR priced items* shipping within the continental US. Free ground shipping is applied automatically at checkout. *Excludes Cast Tile orders.

Yes, we ship all over the world. If you need to ship outside the USA be sure to choose INTERNATIONAL CHECKOUT once you have your items in the cart. We utilized our partner, Global Shopex, for this process. It is straight forward, easy and secure. The checkout gives you a quote for shipping as well as duties and taxes if you would like them included.

General Product Questions

Yes. Harmony Acoustic PET Felt products are ASTM E84 Class A Fire Rated.

We offer ASTM E84 Class A Fire coating on our Felt and Supermatte + Luxe Wall Flat products. Contact us for more details.

Most Plank medleys are ASTM E84 Class A rated. Check Product Specs for details.

Inhabit Harmony Felt products are designed for sound absorption, attenuation and diffusion. Inhabit Harmony3D Felt Panels will not create a perfectly sealed acoustic environment. The Felt Wall Panels can be used to reduce echo, improve sound intelligibility and reduce the volume in a space effectively.

Our Harmony Felt Acoustic Products can be customized beyond the available 25 standard felt colors offered. Contact us for more details.

Our Bespoke Customizable Wallpaper is very customizable and available in many patterns, in 900 color combinations and 3 different paper types including Peel and Stick Wallpaper, Type II Commercial Wallpaper and Pre-pasted Wallpaper.

Wall Flats are extremely durable. They will react in a similar manner to drywall once installed according to our permanent installation instructions. The corners need to be handled carefully before and during installation as well as when transporting. We would not recommend them for use in an area where they will be subject to frequent contact such as bumping, or kicking.

Inhabit warrants our products to be defect free in the materials and workmanship and does not warranty anything associated with installation of the product. Normal wear and tear is not covered and considered normal. Damage due to customer accident or misuse is not covered. Natural variations in products are not considered defects. The customer must exercise proper care to minimize any such damage. Handmade products will generally vary in color or texture from item to item. Measurements are approximated due to the fabric’s natural ability to stretch and shrink. Due to the nature of electronic media, color of actual product may differ slightly from pictured. Dye lots and item availability may change without prior notice.

Returns / Exchanges

Inhabit offers swatches, color cards and samples of all of our finishes. We highly recommend ordering a sample first to avoid a return.

You may return your purchase for a refund within 30 days of date of purchase. Note: Some items are not returnable and/or have a restocking fee. See below. Click here to REQUEST AN RMA

Please review the requirements below in order to receive a refund/exchange. Refunds will be issued if the product is in original condition and wrapped in original unopened packaging. If lighting has been assembled it will not be able to be returned. 

We are unable to process your return/exchange until it is back in our possession so we strongly recommend that you insure the package. We are not responsible for packages returned with no tracking information. We do not accept returns via COD. Return shipping and free shipping will be deducted from refunds.

Once a qualified refund is received we will process your refund as soon as possible. The charges placed on your card will be credited to you, though shipping costs are non-refundable. Please note that refunds may take up to ten (10) business days to show on your account due to varying processing times between payment providers. If for any reason you do not receive the credited amount within that time frame, please feel free to contact us.

Click here to REQUEST AN RMARMA's are not issued over the phone. You will receive a response via e-mail within 48 business hours along with instructions for return or additional questions. RMA# must be clearly marked on the outside of the returning package. RMA's are valid for 14 calendar days from date received, so please promptly ship back the item(s). You should retain the tracking number of the return shipment for your records.

Some products do have a restocking fee and exception. See below:

10% of MSRP restocking fee will apply to all Hanging Paintable Wall Flats.

Samples, Wallpaper, Cast & Alt Tiles, All Harmony Acoustic PET Felt Products, Hanging Wall Flats, Timber and Discount/Closeout Items are final sale and not returnable/exchangeable. These are custom made to order items so we recommend purchasing a sample to avoid returns.

Save your original packaging until you are sure your order is defect/damage free and filled correctly. Defective product will be replaced. This pertains to receipt of new orders only. Submit claim here or contact us at hello@inhabitliving.com within 5 days.

KEEP ALL OF THE ORIGINAL PACKAGING as it may be required for inspection by the shipping company. If you received incorrect merchandise we will issue a call tag to retrieve it or provide a return shipping label in the box of the replacement merchandise being sent to you.
