I SAW AN ITEM IN A STORE OR ON YOUR WEBSITE A WHILE BACK AND I WANT TO ORDER IT. CAN I STILL GET IT?
If you do not see it on the website it is no longer available or is only available through an Inhabit authorized reseller.

DOES THE PRODUCT COME WITH A WARRANTY?
Inhabit warrants our products to be defect free in the materials and workmanship. Normal wear and tear is not covered and considered normal. Damage due to customer accident or misuse is not covered. Natural variations in products are not considered defects. The customer must exercise proper care to minimize any such damage. Handmade products will generally vary in color or texture from item to item. Measurements are approximated due to the fabric’s natural ability to stretch and shrink. Due to the nature of electronic media, color of actual product may differ slightly from pictured. Dye lots and item availability may change without prior notice.

SHIPPING DETAILS
Free ground shipping is available on orders containing at least $99 of REGULAR priced items* shipping within the continental US. Free ground shipping is applied automatically at checkout. * Excludes Cast Tile orders.


ORDER PRODUCTION TIME FRAMES (basically how long it takes us to make your order before it ships)

Wall Flat and Bedding orders and ship within 1-2 business days.

Cast Tile, Plank and Hanging Wall Flat orders ship withing 5-7 business days.

Corrulights orders are handmade-to-order items and ship within 5-7 business days.

Area Rug orders ship in 2-3 business days.

SHIPPING TIME FRAMES

Orders for in-stock items are shipped from Indianapolis via UPS Ground Service for delivery within 1-4 business days of order receipt. We ship to the US including Hawaii, Alaska and Puerto Rico.

Note: UPS does not ship to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO addresses. Please provide a valid postal address during check out.

RUSH DELIVERY AND PROCESSING
We offer 3 rush delivery options, Overnight, 2 Day and Express Saver (3 Day), within the domestic US only. We do expedite orders where you choose rush shipping, but our handmade items do take a minimum of 3 days to make prior to the shipping timeframe.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPMENTS
Inhabit partners with iGlobal Stores, to fulfill all international orders. Just place the items you wish to purchase in the Shopping Cart and choose the "iGlobal Checkout" option on the checkout page. Your items will be transferred to iGlobal Stores for processing. iGlobal Stores will process your order, including billing, shipping and customer service. If you have any questions regarding an existing international order, please contact iGlobal Stores by email at customerservice@iglobalstores.com.

HOW DURABLE ARE WALL FLATS?
Wall Flats are extremely durable. They will react in a similar manner to drywall once installed according to our permanent installation instructions. The corners need to be handled carefully before and during installation as well as when transporting. We would not recommend them for use in an area where they will be subject to frequent contact such as leaning, bumping, or kicking.

CAN I CUT THEM?
Yes, there are multiple options for cutting the tiles. See instructions here: Wall Flat Installation Instructions

CAN WALL FLATS BE USED IN A BATHROOM OR KITCHEN?
Yes, Wall Flats can be used in a bathroom or kitchen. They cannot come into direct contact with water or be in a room with excessive and repetitive steam. They should be installed using our permanent installation method. See installation instructions here: Wall Flat Installation Instructions They should be painted with a bathroom or kitchen appropriate paint.

CAN WALL FLATS BE INSTALLED ON CEILINGS?
A: If installed correctly via the permanent installation method they can be. Because of gravity, finishing nails may need to be used to help secure tiles while the adhesive sets up.

BEDDING

WHAT COMES IN A COTTON BEDDING SET?
Duvets sets include: one duvet cover and a pair of shams.

DO YOU MAKE CALIFORNIA KING SIZES?
At this time we do not make California King. All sizes and dimensions currently available are listed at www.inhabitliving.com.

DOES THIS PATTERN COME IN OTHER COLORS THAN SHOWN ON www.inhabitliving.com?
No. All sizes, colors, and patterns are pictured.

DO YOU MAKE CUSTOM BEDDING?
We only make bedding as pictured at www.inhabitliving.com. We do have programs available for custom designs or private labeling for larger retailers. Contact us with questions.

 

PILLOWS

WHAT ARE THE PILLOW INSERTS MADE OF?
Inhabit pillow forms are filled with 100% recycled, hypo-allergenic down alternative, made from recycled post consumer plastic bottles.

CAN THE COVER BE REMOVED?
All Inhabit pillows come with a hidden zipper for easy removal of the cover.

CAN THEY BE CLEANED?
All Inhabit pillows can be machine-washed on gentle cycle for occasional cleaning. Please note that too frequent cleaning will accelerate the natural aging process of the fabric.

 

STRETCHED WALL ART

ARE THE PIECES ORIENTED HORIZONTALLY OR VERTICALLY?
The sizes other than square will always be oriented horizontally unless otherwise indicated.

CAN I GET A CUSTOM SIZE OR COLOR?
The stretched wall art only comes in the sizes, designs and colors shown at www.inhabitliving.com.

DO THEY COME WITH A HANGER?
The stretched wall art is wrapped around gallery wrap stretcher strips. They come with a sawtooth hanger to be attached to the canvas when you hang it.

DO THEY HAVE TO BE ASSEMBLED?
The stretched wall art is ready-to-hang upon receiving. No assembly required, except for the the 54"x54" canvas. It is self-stretch due to shipping constraints.

 

RETURNS & EXCHANGES  > > >

You may return your purchase for a refund within 30 days of delivery; all you need to do is request an RMA. Click here to REQUEST AN RMA

Please review the requirements below in order to receive a refund/exchange. Refunds will be issued if the product is in original condition and wrapped in original unopened packaging. If lighting has been assembled it will not be able to be returned. A 10% of MSRP restocking fee will apply to all Wall Flat, Cast Tile & Plank orders and a 15% restocking of MSRP on rug and lighting returns. Samples and Outlet products are not returnable or exchangeable.

We are unable to process your return/exchange until it is back in our possession so we strongly recommend that you insure the package. We are not responsible for packages returned with no tracking information. We do not accept returns via COD. 

OBTAINING A RETURN AUTHORIZATION NUMBER (RMA)
Click here to REQUEST AN RMARMA's are not issued over the phone. You will receive a response via e-mail within 48 business hours along with instructions for return or additional questions. RMA# must be clearly marked on the outside of the returning package. RMA's are valid for 14 calendar days from date received, so please promptly ship back the item(s). You should retain the tracking number of the return shipment for your records. We also suggest Ground service for return shipments.
 

TO AVOID A RETURN DUE TO COLOR
Inhabit offers swatches, color cards and samples.

Color and fabric swatches of all products. To see exact colors and fabrics we highly recommend ordering a swatch first. Rug samples/swatches and fabric swatches are not returnable.

Wall Flat Tile Samples. Sample tiles are available for sale within each design. Sample tiles are not returnable.

Return Exceptions:
  • Any return that is sent back without an RMA will be refused for delivery and returned to the shipper.
  • Used and opened items, shipping fees, swatches, color cards, samples, final sale, outlet/sale items are non-returnable.
  • If you were eligible for free shipping this will deducted from the return if your order total no longer qualifies.
  • Once a qualified refund is received we will process your refund as soon as possible. The charges placed on your card will be credited to you, though shipping costs are non-refundable. Please note that refunds may take up to ten (10) business days to show on your account due to varying processing times between payment providers. If for any reason you do not receive the credited amount within that time frame, please feel free to contact us.
IF YOU RECEIVED DAMAGED OR INCORRECT MERCHANDISE
Save your original packaging until you are sure your order is defect/damage free and filled correctly. Defective product will be replaced. This pertains to receipt of new orders only. Contact us at hello@inhabitliving.com within five days. KEEP ALL OF THE ORIGINAL PACKAGING as it may be required for inspection by the shipping company. If you received incorrect merchandise we will issue a call tag to retrieve it or provide a return shipping label in the box of the replacement merchandise being sent to you.
 
WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY THROUGH AN INHABIT AUTHORIZED RESELLER?
Contact the retailer or online store you purchased the item from or visit their website for their return policies. Do not send product purchased through an authorized Inhabit reseller back to Inhabit, it will be refused and returned to you.
We reserve the right to alter minor details of our products in the interest of maintaining product quality and design integrity. Accordingly, products shipped to you may differ slightly from those depicted on this site or in such materials. Some products may show differences in color/texture that do not necessarily indicate defectiveness.
