ORDER CANCELLATIONS

You have 6 hours to cancel or change your order, as long as it hasn't shipped. After 6 hours and prior to your order shipping cancellation or changes will not be accepted.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

Inhabit does NOT accept returns or exchange on our products due to their made to order nature. We recommend that you orders samples before placing an order since colors can vary from screen to screen and not fully match the real thing. 

IF YOU RECEIVED DAMAGED OR INCORRECT MERCHANDISE

Save your original packaging until you are sure your order is defect/damage free and filled correctly. Defective product will be replaced. This pertains to receipt of new orders only. Contact us at hello@inhabitliving.com within 48 hours. and include all details including necessary photos and details

KEEP ALL OF THE ORIGINAL PACKAGING as it may be required for inspection by the shipping company. If you received incorrect merchandise we will issue a call tag to retrieve it or provide a return shipping label in the box of the replacement merchandise being sent to you.
