I am very happy with the product itself. It allowed me to provide a professional backdrop in my home office for the Zoom world we live in. After I installed it (not that easy), I noted that the hanging rod was too long because it only comes in one size. So I asked if they could cut a rod for me. The answer was no, which is fine (it is their right to choose the services they offer), but the customer support person expressed zero empathy for my situation. She repeatedly pointed out that the information is on the website, which it isn't. She said that all i need is a "chop saw with a blade that cuts metal" like every household has this. And there are no clear step-by-step instructions not list of tools you need like to cut aircraft cable or to insert the hooks into the ceiling etc. Ultimately, I had to ask my auto mechanic to help me because I figured out that they must have metal cutters.
